Promotions and special offers

These terms apply to all Curtain World promotions, sales and special offers — on this website, in our showroom and in our advertising. They sit alongside the Terms and Conditions of Contract included with every quote.

• To receive offer pricing, your quote must be accepted within the promotion period shown on the offer. You accept a quote by paying the deposit.
• Offers apply only to the products, ranges and fabrics named in the offer. Your consultant will confirm which items qualify when preparing your quote.
• Discounts apply to the product price. Installation surcharges (such as travel, high-fit and removal of existing window furnishings) and some product surcharges are charged at the standard rate.
• Motorisation (including motors, remotes, hubs and other automation accessories) is not included in promotional discounts unless the offer specifically says so.
• Offers can’t be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion, can’t be applied to orders already placed, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
• Your measure and quote is free and obligation-free.

Lead times and installation

• It is Curtain World policy not to part-fit jobs. Lead times are based on the longest lead time of the products in your order.
• Any installation timeframe mentioned in an offer (for example, installation before Christmas) applies to eligible orders only, and is subject to order date, product selection and availability.

General

• Curtain World may change or end a promotion at any time.
• Offers are made by Curtain World 2002 Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
