Builders & developers
Apartments, townhouses & build-to-rent
Perth’s apartment and build-to-rent pipeline needs window furnishings that match across every unit and go in on the builder’s program. We quote from your plans, lock in one specification, and stage installs level by level so other trades aren’t held up.
Offices & fit-outs
Glare control for Perth offices
Big glass and strong Perth sun make glare and heat the most common office complaints. Sunscreen roller blinds cut both while keeping the view, with blockout where meeting rooms and screens need darkness. Motorise a whole façade, or zone it by floor.
Hospitality
Hotels, cafés & alfresco
Guests notice the room, and the light in it. We supply blockout and sheer curtains for hotel rooms and function spaces, and outdoor zip blinds that turn a café’s alfresco into an all-weather dining area.

Commercial questions
Yes. Attach your plans, specification or tender documents to the form and we’ll quote from them, then confirm sizes with a site measure before anything is made.
Tell us the rating your project needs. Many commercial fabrics come with fire-test certificates, and we’ll recommend options that meet your specification and supply the paperwork with your order.
We schedule installs around your program — level by level on a build, or room by room in an occupied building. Let us know your access times when you enquire.
Corded products are installed to the mandatory Australian child-safety standard, and cordless or motorised options remove cords altogether — popular in apartments, childcare and aged care.
